1. Ventilation

The healthy country air, the spring breeze that fills the room as dawn breaks. Soon to be summer, it's already lurking in the still timid rays of an assertive sun.
Air, then, that swirls and renews itself in our interiors. It's what we breathe, and it's the quality of which we'll ensure.

Of course, we've never been in the habit of organizing indoor barbecues, and even less so in the space reserved for our beloved guests. But now, to ensure that it can fully regenerate the atmosphere in your home,..

2. Respect for barrier gestures during cleaning

Just a few weeks or months ago, the mention of "barrier gestures" would have made you think of the guards with the same name who secured the roads when trains were passing by - which, at the time, could be hiding others.

But today, having heard it repeated over and over again, you know what these gestures mean: masks, gels and gloves, the triptych of victories against the spread of the virus that has so suddenly burst into our lives.

We follow government directives to the letter.

However, it's hard to apply "social distancing" to cleaning a hotel room, as we don't yet have a robot advanced enough to pick up the towels lying around in the bathroom. Perhaps one day..

3. Using a good disinfectant

In times of pandemics, can we distinguish between "good" and "bad" disinfectants? A disinfectant disinfects, of course, and that's a good thing. A disinfectant that degreases is a degreaser. And a disinfectant that "diffuses essential oils of lavender and orange peel" is a scam.

We use products that comply with the standards issued by the Environmental Protection Agency.

This means that not only do they eliminate germs, bacteria and viruses, but they also respect the integrity of nature, emitting no toxic substances.

5. Use of disposable supplies

Exceptionally, we use disposable cleaning supplies, to make sure we don't bring the virus from one room to another.

However, our supplies are made from recycled materials, and are biodegradable, sometimes even biodegrading before we use them - that's how good they are!

6. Washing fabrics at very high temperatures

All our fabrics (sheets, curtains, towels, slippers...) are washed at very high temperatures. After having tried 600°, and noting a certain loss of material in the washing process - as well as in the personnel assigned to these tasks - we opted for 60°, which in comparison is much more modest, but nevertheless much more suitable if you want to be able to enjoy our cotton-based supplies.

7. Removal of non-essential documents and items

Exceptionally, we will remove all non-essential documents and objects: dubious decorative items, boring documentation on the thimble museum 2 km away, and a directory dated 1991. On the other hand, we still can't do anything for your brother-in-law
